Jiangsu Bangyu Films Technology Co., Ltd. is a joint venture between the Xuyi County Government Office and the Development Zone Management Committee to attract investment. It is a high-tech manufacturing enterprise built by the core management team and technical team from the Fortune Global 500. The company was established in December 2020 and is located at No. 1-1, Fengyang Avenue, Xuyi Economic Development Zone. The first phase investment is 1.2 billion yuan, covering an area of about 196 acres, with a new factory building and other construction area of about 130,000 square meters, and 4 production lines planned to mainly produce high-performance BOPET film products.
On December 14, 2022, the company's B1 high-performance BOPET film production line successfully completed a one-time commissioning trial, marking the official launch of the company's 180,000-ton BOPET film project. The high-performance BOPET production line put into operation this time has created two firsts: the first wide-width and BOPET assembly production line in China; and the first fully intelligent automated lifting device in the BOPET film industry. It is also the first user of 110 kV substation automation system in Xuyi. Online coating and lamination is the company's product with the highest technical content and the most core competitiveness. The technical team has more than 30 patented technologies, breaking through the bottleneck problem in the field of key technical products and breaking the industry market oligopoly.
In terms of core equipment technology, the production equipment of this project cooperates with SINOMACH, one of the world's top 500 companies, to achieve strong technological alliances, combine their respective innovation advantages, and absorb and digest the world's cutting-edge BOPET production technology solutions. In terms of core process formulation technology, the raw materials of film products not only meet the requirements of high-cleanliness production environment, but also eliminate "three noes" emissions. And it is globally recognized as a safe, non-toxic, recyclable and reusable high-quality environmentally friendly organic material.
In terms of corporate influence, Jiangsu Bangyu Films Technology Co., Ltd. has once again achieved great results in the field of "intelligent transformation and digital transformation". At the Xuyi County Major Project Attack and Optimization Business Environment Conference on February 6, 2025, Bangyu Films Technology received four major honors: "Provincial Specialized and Special New Enterprise, Five-Star Cloud Enterprise, Star Industrial Safety Protection AA-level Enterprise, Innovative Small and Medium-sized Enterprises" and many other honors.
