Product performance characteristics
Products with one side coated and one side corona treated have high adhesion between the coated surface and UV ink, small thermal shrinkage and high light transmittance, and can be used for positioning and ironing. It is resistant to water boiling. After printing, the UV ink on the coated surface will not peel off when boiled in water at 100°C for 40 minutes. It has good weather resistance. The UV ink will not peel off after being stored in a low temperature environment of -10~-20°C for 48 hours and then boiled for testing.
Product application
The product developed for high-end wine box packaging can also be used in other application scenarios of similar UV inks due to the strong adhesion between the coating layer and UV ink.
The coated surface is used for printing, and the corona-treated surface can be used for plating.
